1.1 Buying Prints & Merchandise
I print, pack and send out my own prints and merchandise. Every piece is made with love and care. I ship worldwide from the Netherlands. You can find my products on my own shop. If you are interested in a signed print, please contact me via email.
1.2 Commissions
I do accept personal commissions at the moment, but due to my filled schedule, it will take a bit longer than normal. I can put you on a waiting list if you are truly interested.
1.3 Art Theft
If you see my artwork being used in a way you suspect is illegal, I would appreciate it if you contact me. Until now I have been notified when my art had been stolen a couple of times by attentive people. If these people didn’t notify me, I would probably have never noticed the copyright breach and could not have filed DMCA takedowns. So, thank you for the look out.

2.1 Personal Use Of My Art
2.1.1 REFERENCE
I have no problem with people using my artwork, such as using specific parts of my art or imitating my style. It’s a great way to experiment, learn and grow. All artists have done this. All I ask is for you to link to the image you used as a reference and provide proper credit by linking back to my social media accounts or website.
2.1.2 TATTOOS
If you want my art tattooed on you, go right ahead. No need for permission. But I would love it if you sent me a photo of you tattoo. there will be a big chance I will share your picture proudly on my social media.
2.1.3 PERSONAL USE
If you want to use my art as your wallpaper on your devices or printing it out in a small version for your own use, I have no problem, as long as it’s for personal use only. Please just don’t sell my art or claim it as your own. All my art is copyrighted.
2.1.4 WEBSITE OR BLOG FEATURES
Sharing is caring. I am always happy and honored to have my artwork featured on your journal, blog or website. There is no need to ask permission beforehand. But I would even more ecstatic if you post my art with a link back to my website: www.chadinart.com
2.2 Commercial Use Of My Art
2.2.1 my art as PROFILE PICTURES, AVATARS AND ICONS
I’m fine with anyone using my art for their profile picture, avatar, or icon, but only if there is some way to clearly credit my work. Please credit the image with “Chadin Art – www.chadinart.com” in the description. If there is no way to credit me for the image, please refrain from using it as your profile picture.
2.2.2 LICENSING my art
If you’re interested in licensing my artwork for commercial use, please contact me with more information about why and how you want to license it. I can tell you beforehand that I am not interested in having my artwork licensed for use in signature tags or any other stock usage, so there is no need to contact me about those.
